सूप बोले तो बोले... : हिंदुत्व की राजनीति के 'जहरबाद' निशिकांत दुबे

कल्पनाओं में यदि हिंदुत्व को कोई आकार दें तो इसके कुछ झंडाबरदार जहरबाद फोड़ा नजर आते हैं, सड़ चुके इन फोड़ों के मुंह से बदबूदार मवाद लगातार बह रहा है। ऐसे फोड़ों में से एक का नाम निशिकांत दुबे रखा जा सकता है। 74 करोड़ के मालिक झारखंड के गोड्डा के इस भाजपा सांसद के खिलाफ कम से कम 44 मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। शादी को भी लेकर गंभीर आरोप सड़क से लेकर झारखंड की विधानसभा तक में लगे हैं। कहा जाता है कि शादी से पहले पत्नी अनामिका गौतम जालसाजी जैसे कई संगीन मामलों के आरोपित निशिकांत दुबे की मौसेरी बहन थीं। हिंदू धर्म में जो व्यक्ति मौसी की लड़की से शादी कर ले, उसे समाज में बोलने का हक नहीं है, लेकिन थेथरई यह कि देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत के सबसे बड़े जज के खिलाफ बोल रहे हैं। कह रहे हैं कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना देश में गृहयुद्ध कराना चाहते हैं। यहां तो वही कहावत सटीक बैठ रही है- सूप बोले तो बोले, चलनिया भी बोलने लगी जिसे 72 छेद...। यह भी कह सकते हैं कि सौ चूहे खाकर बिल्ली चली हज करने...।

देश के लोकतंत्र के हाथों से कलम छीनकर भगवा झंडा पकड़ाकर अपने दोनों बेटों को विदेश में पढ़ाने वाला हिंदुत्व का यह सड़ा चेहरा इस समय काफी चर्चा में है। वैसे यह हमेशा ही चर्चा में रहता है। कभी एयरपोर्ट पर एटीसी को हड़काकर जबरन फ्लाई क्लियरेंस लेने के मामले में तो कभी मेडिकल कॉलेज हड़पने के आरोप लगने पर। करतूतें ऐसी कि 44 से ज्यादा एफआईआर दर्ज हो चुकी हैं। ऐसा इस नेता ने अपने एक्स (पुराना नाम ट्विटर) पर खुद पोस्ट करके बताया है। देखें एक्स पर पोस्ट का स्क्रीन शॉट...

Cases where Pending

इतना ही नहीं, 2013 में नई दिल्ली के तुगलक लेन थाना में पति-और पत्नी दोनों के नाम से कोर्ट के आदेश पर एफआईआर दर्ज हुई थी। जिसमें एक शख्स से चुनाव प्रचार के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपये मांगने का आरोप लगा था। आरोप यह भी था कि पति-पत्नी दोनों उसके घर में घुसकर मारपीट की थी।

राजनीति से पहले क्या करते थे दुबे?

असल में उन्होंने साल 2000 में लव मैरिज की थी, उनकी तरफ से अपनी बचपन की दोस्त अनामिका गौतम से शादी हुई थी। उनके दो बेटे हैं जो अभी विदेश में अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी कर रहे हैं। खुद अनामिका एक बिजनेस वुमन हैं और धान्यभूति एंटरप्राइजेज नाम की कंपनी चलाती हैं। खुद निशिकांत भी राजनीति से में आने पहले कॉरपोरेट की दुनिया में खूब नाम कमा चुके हैं। वे लंबे समय तक ESSAR में कॉरपोरेट हेड के पद पर अपनी सेवाएं दे चुके हैं। बताया जाता है कि कॉरपोरेट की दुनिया ने ही उन्हें राजनीति की दुनिया से अवगत करवाया और उनकी मुलाकात बड़े-बड़े नेताओं से होने लगी।

हालांकि इनके हालिया बयान से भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने खुद को अलग कर लिया है, लेकिन अभी तक पार्टी की ओर से कोई कार्रवाई न होना चिंताजनक है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अवमानना याचिकाएं पड़ जरूर रही हैं, देखना है कि संविधान की रक्षक सुप्रीम कोर्ट अपनी ओर उठी उंगली को क्या दिखाती है। इन जहरबादों का इलाज ऑपरेशन ही है, मरहम कत्तई नहीं।
